The Australian National Chinese Women's Federation (ANCWF) is an incorporated not-for-profit association that aims to assist immigrant women with settlement and integration into Australian society. The specific rules and regulations outlined on their website include the following points:

Assistance: Any Chinese woman needing assistance can turn to the ANCWF for

guidance.

Events and Conduct: The appropriate banner must be displayed at all events, and all members must behave in an orderly and courteous manner when representing the federation.

Finances: All money earned is used for the running of the federation.

Affiliations: The ANCWF is affiliated with the National Council of Women of Australia (NCWA) and aligns its focus areas with the International Council of Women (ICW) activities in advocating human rights for women.

Membership Information

Eligibility: Membership is open to anyone at any time.

Voting Rights: Each accepted individual member may have one vote during the Federation's Annual General Meeting.

Fees: An annual membership fee of $30.00 is charged, with proceeds going towards running costs.

Housing: ANCWF will work with Government and Council to establish safe accommodation for women and their children who are homeless and\or have encountered domestic or family violence.

It is their intention to have safety hostels in every city throughout Australia by the year 2030.
