Conditions of application.
An event of this magnitude depends on the trust between the organising community and those committed to partake by turning up to assist in making the festival a success.
It is therefore agreed that by submitting your application to be a part of this festival, that you understand and agree that the organisers rely on your participation and contribution towards the event.
Reasons for withdrawal can only occur on agreement between both parties which may include.
1. Cancelation of the event.
2. Circumstances that prevent attendance. (This does not include mind change or double booking).
3. Vehicle breakdown.
4. Unforeseeable weather conditions.
ANCWF will do everything within their power to ensure that you have everything expected for you to be able to show off your product to the best of your ability.
Vendors and stallholders must take responsibility for their behavioral conduct and make every effort to ensure your space is kept clean and tidy during your time and left in an acceptable manner when leaving.
All regulations regarding bump-in and bump-out must be adhered to.
By submitting your application to be a part of this event, it will be taken as a contract agreement.
