Introduction

ANCWF is a not-for-profit organisation that aims to safeguard the Chinese women’s rights and interests, improve their quality of life, promote career development and make due contributions to the local communities.

Australian National Chinese Women’s Federation Inc. (ANCWF) was officially incorporated on the 31st of October 2019, and the first committee meeting was held on the 4th of November 2019. ANCWF is a not-for-profit organisation that aims to help the women immigrants, especially Chinese women, to understand the Australian culture, working together with the multicultural communities, and integrating into the local society.

The ANCWF is affiliated with the National Council Women of Australia Ltd. (NCWA). Our focus areas and future direction are in line with, and in support of the International Council of Women’s activities, and the common cause of the United Nations Economic and Social Council in advocating human rights for women.
